First a very easy behavior screening process, with very basic math. Then another round video interview with two recruiters, it might take around 2-3 hours. Then you get the decision letter.

Greatly empathized on Amazon's Leadership Principles, which you will be asked about in terms of scenarios. The interview took 3 hours, and it was with 3 different interviewers along with a brief overview of the STAR format. I recommend you prepare responses that can earn the trust of the Interviewers, and I would also brush up on the Amazon prep guides/website to learn more

It was a straight forward process. The recruiters assist candidates, in order to make sure that you are prepared for the 2 rounds of interviews. They are very helpful during the process.
