Interview was laid back, almost informal. Consisted of leadership questions trying to determine my leadership style. Asked questions about my experience as a leader and asked for specific examples. Overall, interview seemed to go very well. Answered every question and had an example to draw from for every one as well. Was surprised I was not offered position.
