Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon en ene 2016
Entrevista
Two video interviews. each one includes 2- 45 mins back to back interview. Interviewers are all hiring managers. HR is the coordinators who is in charge of interview arrangement. it took 60 days for the whole process. HR's response is quite fast. However, the hiring managers' schedule might quite tight, so it took quite long to arrange the second round interview.

Pregunta 1
all questions are behavioral questions. in the beginning, they will ask you to introduce yourself. and then start to ask you some questions related to the principles.
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
