The process took less than 2 weeks
This was by far the best candidate experience I had out of all the companies I interviewed at in my life-time. Every question asked by the interviewers were thoughtful, and they took an active interest in learning more about me, my experience and my goals. Felt listened. At every step of the way, I was also updated promptly on the interviewers feedback, what the next steps look like, and how the process can be expedited. Want to give a shoutout to Tabitha, the rock-star recruiter who got my back.
It was a very hard decision to walk away from knowing there's a strong leadership team in APAC, career development and an attractive compensation package. The only reason I decided not to take up the offer is the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up as the #1 SDR in JAPAC.
Some tips to stand out;
1. Build your conviction on Alteryx by playing with the product, listen to earnings transcripts and leadership interviews.
2. Learn about each interviewers background and what are they measured by and how your unique skills can add value to them.
3. Learn about the day in a life of an SDR; numbers game, prospecting skills, what makes you stand out amongst others? Work ethics, volume game, creativity?

Initial call was with the recruiter. Second step was a call with the managers. We were given a prompt and had to present a brief presentation for the final step but interview processes may have changed

Easy interview, did not need much prep. Was very straightforward and easy presentation. General questions asked. As long as you have any bit of prior sales experience you'll be fine

Interview process total 4 round including HR
- 1st round with HR via phone, HR will asked for general question example: how much of your expect salary？ what is your experience?
- 2nd round with hiring manager
- 3rd round with manager from marketing team who work with inside sales team
(2nd and 3rd round will have random role-play so, need to have a good prepare about cold calling with inbound or outbound customers.)
- 4th round with director with general question and so much chill.
Most stressful is 2nd and 3rd round but interviewer all nice and friendly with their professional characters.
