Bring your A++ game when you interview. These guys are REALLY, REALLY Smart. They have a phenomenal grasp of technology from the Infrastructure to the Applications and where the market is headed. Their CEO is also an incredibly gifted finance person who will sit back and listen to you but he typically has all the numbers and business case figured out in 2 seconds. Their Sales VP is also incredibly seasoned and obviously been around the block. The other Executive VP is a really nice guy too but he is incredibly sharp and will question your technical savvy. All the senior management and honestly, all the employees there are really sharp. Don't BS these guys ... they'll see through it in 2 seconds.
