You start with a video interview, if they liked it they send you through to a Skype style interview. Just relax during the video interview, look professional, but have a good time. Smile a lot and be quick about your answers. They give you about 15-30 seconds to read the question and then about 1 minute to answer. The next round, Skype interview, is about 45 minutes long. Be prepared to ask some questions at the end, ask about culture, how long people stay, what they do for training. Do not expect them to be nice in the interview, the interviewer was very blunt, not very friendly, wouldn't answer questions that I had, seemed bothered that they were having to interview me, and acted like I was answering the wrong way. Overall, be really prepared to think on your feet and answer based on experiences that you have had.
