Had a video interview where I had to record myself answering four separate questions. Pay attention to the questions that have been posted here because they were correct, and think about what you want to say. The video interview itself is very fast paced - you're given 15 seconds to think about the question offered on screen, then 60 seconds to answer the question. After the question has been answered it moves immediately to the next one. If I had to offer criticism, I wasn't a fan of this format. I have no problems speaking in front of a camera, but I couldn't help but feel like this was very impersonal, especially after receiving a very generic decline message. The informational videos offered online make their company seem welcoming but their first round "interview" left me feeling uneasy.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
