Awful interview process. First the recruiter reached out for an interview using an automated message so I sent her an email asking for specifics about the interview and she never replied. I had my interview scheduled for a week later and on the day of the interview no one showed up. I sent her an email to know if I should keep waiting and she said she mixed up the time zones and thought I was scheduled for later that day. This all just seemed so unprofessional to me but she asked me if I could interview later that day and I agreed since I wanted to at least do the interview on the same day. She told me during the interview she would send my resume to the hiring manager and told me she would update me regardless of if I move to the next stage or not. I didn't get any answers after that. I reached out once by email and no answer. I wasn't interested in the role anymore anyways because this level of unprofessionalism so early in the process isn't a good sign for how they may handle things with employees, but it's still disappointing to see a senior recruiter act like this.
