Initial phone interviews were great. Very direct questions and ample time to answer the questions in detail. On-site interviews were long and had me sitting in one spot for 3 hours with no beverage offerings. Question sets were selected from a print out and not all related to the position. The recruiters were excellent and well informed and always available to answer questions.
