Received an inquiry from the office in my area. Went in soon after to speak in person to the manager. There were a few others interviewing as well. Was asked a few questions, filled out a questionnaire, watched a informative video about the company.

Tell me about yourself and an overview of the company, then they do in-person interviews and just want to know your experience and if you're a good culture fit. You don't need experience to get the job, just a P&C license.
I participated in a group zoom interview with 10 people, they selected three of us for in person interviews at the end. Asked several questions and let everyone answer. Simple interview process
