I applied through a job website and got a call the next day. The woman on the phone was really nice and she just asked me a few screening questions to see whether I'd be fit for the job. She then wanted me to go in for an interview and gave me tips on how to prepare for it. All in all a good interview experience.

Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.
