The interview process was thoughtfully organized to provide a comprehensive assessment of the candidates. It consisted of several defined stages, each serving a distinct purpose in evaluating the suitability for the role, including the first one being a general introduction and the following more role-specific interviews.

There were 5 interviews: 1. HR, 2. Hiring Manager, 3. VP, 4. President, 5. HR Director and negotiation. This was followed with reference checks. From the first interview to signing took only 3 weeks. Every step felt like it was an open conversation of them getting to know me as an individual. Ana did a wonderful job at keeping me in the loop and providing helpful feedback throughout the rounds. After each interview I had feedback already the next working day.
