Very well structured process, first had an interview which hr, then a homework at home and another technucal interview with the team. I got an offer but in the end refused it. What I didn t appreciate was that, even though my reviews were very good, they tried to negociate the salary at the low range I gave them and I took it as a sign of inflexibility in the future
