I applied through their website and got contacted within a week or so by the IT Recruiter. We had a phone conversation and rated my skills against technologies they were looking to hire for. I had a phone technical interview the next week with the hiring office (Maui office) with the 2 teams looking to hire (about 5 people on the call). The interview was more about getting an understanding of the company, my background, and my technical experience. This was followed up by another phone interview with 2 Senior Technical associates. This interview was used to get an understanding of my troubleshooting skills.
