I applied through LinkedIn. They have two offices in Oslo and Scotland, I applied for the Oslo office The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed online in mid 2022 Process 1) Meet and greet with an HR representative 2) Technical Interview with Engineering Manager 3) Coding assignment. 4) Coding assignment review by a technical person 5) Final interview with VP Engineering and HR In the first interview, HR representative explained the process and it is a friendly conversation, the second one was with an engineering Manager, but i was not abled to pass the 2nd interview , I have no clue about what went wrong , beacuase I answered every question properly. Maybe they are looking for some specific requirement, anyway, if I got a chance to prove my coding skills with a coding assignment I would have gotten the job)
