Game based psychometrics and personality assessment (on mobile phone). If successful, invited to assessment centre, where you are placed in a group to solve a logistics challenge. Finally, individual interviews are conducted (same day as assessment centre) where you are interviewed by a panel of 1-2 interviewers.

You are given a mars bar and an engineering drawing of a aircraft cabin. You are asked to calculate how many mars bars would fit in the plane, and whether the aircraft could fly with this amount of mars bars on board.
The interview process was smooth but the wait time for results was too long after interview. There were 2rounds Technical test and an interview later after that there will be a Hr round

Prueba psicotécnico, prueba de inglés, entrevista con rrhh, si pasas se lo mandan al manager y te hace otra entrevista con todos los que han pasado la fase anterior y luego es el manager el que elige la persona seleccionada
C’était un stage technique en informatique. Le processus de recrutement a été assez simple : j’ai d’abord été contacté par mail pour fixer un rendez-vous en visio, puis j’ai eu un entretien d’environ 45 minutes. La discussion portait principalement sur le poste, ma motivation et sur ma correspondance avec les attentes du stage. Aucune question technique n’a été posée.
Environ une semaine après, j’ai reçu une réponse positive. L’échange s’est bien passé, les recruteurs étaient professionnels et bienveillants.
