when u entering the interview room, they will ask u to stand on the specific place and make a pose, it is important to girl to show ur beauty, ur confident and they will ask to read a short announcement in malay and english and make sure ur sound is loud and clear enough, unfortunately, i didnt get into second interview.

Started by gathering at Grand Millennium hotel at Bukit Bintang, alot of candidates almost 500, started with measuring height and next was ramp walk to show confidence and check for tattoos and scars, got rejected from there on
All good and fast. Very happy with the process. Quiet straightforward. Airasia's interview process is well-structured, focusing on customer service skills, confidence, and adaptability. Friendly recruiters create a positive environment, with group activities and individual assessments testing teamwork and communication. Preparation is key!

I have attend the interview for airasia and they expect us to introduce our self without question by looking us. But the intervkew session was nice to mingle with new people surround us.
