I had a really positive interview experience with Aha! The first thing I noticed and appreciated was how quick the recruiting team was to respond to my inquiry. They continued to have a quick response rate throughout the entire experience, which rarely happens. The conversations really piqued my interest in the company and they mimicked the great Aha! blogs I read, which was really refreshing to see they stand true to the values they write about. The whole process was quick yet thorough and well organized. I spoke with three different people from Aha! via video conference and really enjoyed my conversations. It's obvious the team works hard to get the perfect fit for their candidates. They answered all of my questions, had insightful questions for me, and everyone I spoke with was extremely likable. They all love Aha! and honestly, it made me just want to work with them. The interview felt different than any other interviews I have had before and I instantly felt comfortable with them as well as excited for the product itself and all the great potential the company has.
