The interview process at Aha! was quite different from others I have been through in a very refreshing way. After I applied, I was contacted within a few hours with a request to interview by video the next morning. From there I had an interview a day with a new team member each time. Other than how quickly things progressed, what really stood out was the lack of redundancy in the questions being asked. It was clear that the interviewers were organized and had connected behind the scenes to catch each other up. What was also surprising was that the people I met with really wanted to get to know me as a person and focused a lot on my goals and ambitions. Throughout the interview process I felt very informed about what the role would look like and was again surprised by how transparent everyone was. It was an extremely quick process but one that I thoroughly enjoyed.
