They will hire almost anyone. They tell you in training that out of a room full of trainees maybe three will last a year. The interview was meaningless since they are going to hire you anyway. It's just a formality. We met at a Starbucks cafe and just talked. They asked about my family and really just general conversation.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
