I applied through college or university. The process took about a month. I interviewed at Aflac Rockville office in Feb 2017.
I had a in-person interview with one of the HR manager and the content was mostly behavior questions.

Very laidback and easy going interview. No second rounds. Got the job after
It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
