A recruiter called me on a Wednesday and phone interviewed me. After asking me basic questions, such as education, work experience etc. She said I sounded like a perfect fit, and scheduled a in-person interview with me for the following Monday. She said she would send me an e-mail confirmation with the directions and address to the place where I was supposed to go. I didn't ever get an e-mail, so I call her back on Thursday and Friday-- all day-- to no avail. She never picked up her phone OR called me back, after two messages. Finally, on Monday-- lost on where to go, I call again when she finally picks up the phone and says "Oh sorry, I've been meaning to call you back, the person who was suppposed to interview you went out of town and won't be back until next week. We will give you a call then to reschedule." I never got a call about rescheduling, but that is okay with me, because I definiately would NOT want to work for such an unprofessional company! Be warned!
