Rounds: 1) Talent Acquisition call - To assess your skills & get more information 2)Take Home Test - 3 days time to complete ( Mostly related to your work experience) 3) Hiring Manger - Technical Round assessment & take home test related questions 4) Behavioral Interview - Culture fit & Team fit with 4-5 team members , Some technical questions & general questions. 5) Feedback call - Talent Acquisition Lead 6) Offer

After screening and Zoom calls, I was invited to complete a project which was about writing a PostgreSQL extension. After completing the project that I successfully built, I was given no honest feedback. The whole interview process was a waste of time. Most companies pay for the time that the applicant spends. Adjust is not in those companies.
