The application process was one of the fastest and most effective I have ever come across with. After sending in my application on a Sunday, I got an answer with an invitation for a first Skype call from a TAM (Talent Acquisition Manager) on Monday morning! We scheduled the call for the coming Wednesday. The call itself was pretty short but we'll structured. I got the chance to talk to the TAM and the TAM Team Lead. The next morning I got an email whether I had time for a short call. The call was very short and I got feedback right away which was pretty cool. I was therefore invited to an on site interview with some of the team that I would be working with and the VP of People on the next day (Friday) 11am. All interviews together took roughly 1 hour. It actually did not feel like being interviewed but rather having a very open and informative conversation. I really liked that about every single conversation I had trough the entire process so far. I was told that I would be contacted and given feedback either directly on Friday or on coming Monday. I was called around 6pm the same day and got an offer. I was given time until Monday to think about it. I really liked the whole process and the company even more after getting to know how they work. Otherwise I would not have applied in the first place. However, in the end I had to turn down the offer which has nothing to do with adjust itself but rather with a single requirement within the position I applied for. After thinking about it I just felt that the position was perfect for me but I would not be too happy with the detail. I called the TAM and explained my concerns but she was super understanding which I really appreciate. I would recommend this company at any time especially when it comes to the application process.
