The process is disorganized and deceitful.
The demo might have been the most ineffective way to determine how someone thinks about financial KPIs, it was not thought through. The case study panel did not want to be interviewing anyone, I think one left before the formal conclusion (not 100% sure but she certainly didn't speak). The company is clearly struggling with how to determine who would be effective. HR usually wont answer you without a lengthy time elapsed or multiple follow ups. It was disappointing because I thought I would have been a great fit. I am concerned it had something to do with my racial/sexual/etc. background. Just a very confusing process lol.

They will introduce themselves, tell you that they will log off temporarily for 5 mins, and in that 5 mins you will need to prepare a "teach me how" presentation on anything for about 10 minutes.

Entrevista
Six rounds of interviews over the course of three months. HR call, Technical interview, Behavioral interview, Case study, Product demo, and a meeting with the team lead. After I was rejected as they were looking for someone with more "technical experience." The job post was taken down and put back up two weeks later with a salary cut from $175,000 to $116,000. These are poor hiring practices and this company should NOT be trusted.

Explain the difference between standardized reports and customized reports, and how would you apply them in different situations.
6 total interviews Interviewers weren’t happy to be there. Asked finance and role related questions. Asked me to teach them something. Had to do a case study. Too many interviews and they drug out the process
