I was looking for a job with flexible hours because I was in college and needed a part-time job. I was directed by a friend who works for a family owned hardware store and decided to give it a shot. Actually, I was helping him out with a project when the owner came in and liked my shop skills. He basically hired me on the spot without conducting an official interview. I am now management.

Pretty easy and direct. Appreciated the flow and conversation with the hiring manager. I learned a lot about the company and what they're looking for. Overall the questions were around why i would want this role, experience, etc
Very fast and easy. Mostly behavior based. Enjoyed both interviewers as they were sociable and very easy to talk to without feeling awkward in any way. Would definitely say one of the best interview experiences I have had.

I applied on their website and then they called me about a week later about the job. Then I scheduled an interview which they were very flexible on. I applied to three different stores and the only one that called me back was the one in the city I live in.
