Initially applied online, i than received a phone call within 5 days of my application. Second stage i got invited to an onsite interview with the HR coordinator and Res Manager. I received offer soon after. Process was quite straight forward.

it was a quick interview asking about the product knowledge and rate codes, opera system as well and a lot of things relating to the WHO and FIT, also the OTA and some information about the no show and CXL

Everything was normal. The interviewer seemed interested and asked that I watch for an email with an assessment attached. What I got was an automated email sent on the day the HR lady didn’t work stating they didn’t choose me. Ok. Fine but why make me wait all weekend when it was very obvious you emailed me right after my interview on Friday as it was end of day. I’m assuming the email came from an automated system that they could select the time to be sent. Upon receipt of this email I had asked the HR lady twice for some feedback. I don’t care that they didn’t hire me. That’s fine. I get it. I’m actually thankful that they didn’t because it pushed me to find something better. What bothers me is that they lied to me after my interview and secondly they completely ignored me when I asked for feedback. I’m just getting back into the workforce. Feedback is very important to me. And to most employers, I’d think they would have the comment respect to provide the feedback. .
