Entrevista
The company values internal referrals and does an active search within the market through external resources (social media, job boards, etc.). The initial interview is a skills screening with HR and very general in terms of fit and interest. Second round consisted of a phone interview with a senior level individual (manager, senior manager) and was more of a behavioral based interview to assess skills in particular skill area. Third round was an on site, panel style interview with 2-3 senior level individuals (senior manager, partner/principal) and much more focused on skills, behavior, experience, etc. The process varies based on hiring level and has changed to more of a competency and case study assessment in addition to the above third round outline. Preparation and ability to highlight achievements and skills is important. Have a list of detailed questions to gain and express interest in the company and opportunities, but be specific in communicating goals and expectations. Ensure that you understand the opportunities available and resources available to meet your objectives - there is not a lot of individual guidance, so you have to be proactive and ask, ask, ask for more.

Very long recruiting process with 3 different stages, screening > manager > senior manager. There is a Business Case in the second interview. The BC is half an hour and is a MBB style BC

Screener conducted for an open role, but then the role was paused, not sure of the need, unclear result. Recruiter was nice enough, but unclear of the need. Stayed in touch for a few months and ultimately closed the lead.

The recruiters are notoriously tough to get into contact with. My first scheduled interview, the recruiter did not show up. I then had an interview that I thought went excellent but head silence for 2+ weeks until the recruiter ultimately told me they were no longer searching for the position in a mass email. Although my experience has a negative outcome, I'd heard from connections that recruiters are often not very responsive and they had been surprised to still be in the running after not hearing from recruiters for weeks.
