El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Accenture en sept 2021
Entrevista
I interned at Accenture during the summer and had the opportunity to show interest for a full-time role. I did an online assessment (nothing too technical), 1 phone screen, then two 45 mins interviews (a day ago). I’m still in school for Computer Science but have been told about the interview process for companies for software engineers and Accenture’s was not the usual process. For final interview #1 I did a Technology Showcase and discussed the topic in detail with my interviewer. Then, was asked some other questions around the technology I chose and how I would do certain things. For the interview #2 it was much more of an interview where the interviewer asked a series of questions to gauge my skills and competencies.
Overall, not a bad process.
Still waiting on an offer or decision.

Talk about SDLC lifecycle, experience with OOP, and lots of behavioral/course of action questions or scenarios.
30 min recruiter screen
2 hours back to back interviews, split into 1 hour behavioural, 1 hour case study.
Case study must be prepared ahead of time and is about a technology application of your choosing
30 minute recruiter call with basic behavioural questions, things like Why Accenture? Tell me about a time ...
A couple of weeks later got scheduled for the final interviews. Back to back 1 hour interviews, first interview is a pitch deck style presentation where you have to present about a technology of your choosing. The second interview is just more behavioural questions.
