In October 2019, I spent at least 30 minutes on an initial phone screen. It was very thorough and I felt like the recruiter was informative and fast paced. She said that she would get back to me within the same week. However, I never ever heard back one way or another. Lack of follow up after a phone screen makes for a poor candidate experience!
