Standard process. 2 phone interviews, one with HR, one with a person from the practice where you are being considered. After that, you're invited for a 3rd round in-person, typically with another Senior Manager and a Partner. If all goes well, you should get an offer within a few days.

I passed the online test and was got called for an interview with a manager. He said he did not read my CV beforehand, and he thought my profile align with another team better. He gave me a case anyway, and told me to continue interview with another team. I felt it was a red flag that their recruiter sent my CV to a team who found my experience less relevant, and I had to do a first round of interview for no reasons, so I declined the second interview.
Easy with description of existing process. case study was difficult; however, we could be done with a bit of practice. Salary negotiations are important. AI related stuff asked, be comfortable with that.
People from human resources are friendly and approachable. A presentation on what the company does is given. There is a group interview, then a solo interview. They provided free lunch and snacks for everyone.
