Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Abbott en mar 2012
Entrevista
I applied online and was called by HR two months later. An interview with both the hiring manager and someone currently doing the job was scheduled for two weeks later. I was emailed the details of the interview including date, time, address, and the names of the two individuals interviewing me. The main point I wanted to make about this interview is that most of may Abbott interviews have been very heavily focused on behavioral questions such as “Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker and how you handled it” so this is what I prepared for going into the interview. I had a few questions that I was able to apply the behavioral questions to, but was otherwise surprised by the different type of interview with very open ended questions.

Describe your ideal work environment, and you can't say the beach?
The interviewers are mostly Indian and they didn't know about the roles at all. They said they would follow up on a date they set themselves and never got back to me at all.

This is the best interview process I have ever had. Very polite and thorough.
The hiring manager and supervisor came back to me with very clear feedback after each stage of the interview process. The competition for the position was strong (more than 100 candidates), I made it to the finals, but out of 2 candidates, another was chosen. At the same time, I was given very good valuable recommendations.

They asked you questions and then the job had nothing to do with questions they asked you. I think the interview was weird because you didn’t do the things in the interview as if they don’t even know what you are doing
