Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en AT&T (Austin, TX) en oct 2010
Entrevista
They took me into what looked like a storage room to hold the interview. I was asked about all of my former employers, what I did there, what I liked about it, what i didnt like about it, and why I left. They also asked situational questions like "tell me about a time that you went above and beyond for a customer" and "tell me about your best sales experience" as well as questions like "what would you do if your were on the phone with a customer who didn't agree with one of our policies" and one question that stuck out was "tell me what you think the hardest part of this job will be for you" The interviewing supervisor even through out a few kuss words in the interview telling me that "cusotmers call in a *b-word*" and things along those lines, i found that very strange. They told me that they would call me and let me know if i had the job or not, which at the time i thought was a no, but they called about 2 days later telling me that i had the job.

You may apply online and may receive an email to schedule a phone interview. With one of their human resource agents. It may be a third-party conpany until you pass a preliminary interview and advance to the next stage. The interview was brief and straightforward and one may be hired on the spot.
Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
