The hiring process began with an online application, followed by a phone call to schedule an on-site skills exam, and finally an in-person interview. Interviews are normally conducted by team sales managers and questions are usually pretty straightforward. My only issue was that the sales portion of the job is not emphasized enough. Don't be fooled, you're being hired for sales with a side of customer service.

Just like having a conversation. Basically asked about availability, working with others and independently, handling difficult customers and difficult situations, also how would you handle overcoming objection with sales and would that be a problem for you.
it was easy and fun to interview, with lots of questions but they made me feel welcomed. they touched based on everything i wanted to know about the role and all my expectations
