Selection process is easy, if you have basic knowledge and ready to be a slave and ready to work in night shift.
In technical round they will check your English communication(maad)

IT organization asked to work continuously in Night Shift.
Basic about c# and CMS you learn if Kentiko and umbraco then they select you. Need some advance concept like they preferred mostly MVC and Angular js. Only 1 round of technical.

Very Straight forward.
HR round-1
Technical Round- 1 in person ( was very interesting and challenging)
and next on Skype.
Little negotiations and then joined after 1 month.
After joining, my induction was very good. I never felt that I had never worked in healthcare.
