Entrevista
I filled out an application online and got a call back the next day asking me to attend an "ASDA Magic day" in three days time. The ASDA Magic day consisted of giving a speech about the person next to you and a team building exercise. It was easy and relaxed. I got a call two days later to say I was invited back to interview. I had an interview with the manager then a brief "have a go" session where I was shadowing another girl then another interview about how I had got on.

Group interview where we were tasked to build a tower from balloons. This was to see how we worked in a team. We then got asked if we were a fruit what would it be

Entrevista
I turned up to the Asda magic group assessment. Everyone was very friendly. I was the only one who turned up in a suit, I was told that made a great impression at a later date.
We first played people bingo, having to interact with everyone. The awesome were watching our confidence and the way we interacted with one another, eye contact is key.
Then we were split into 2 groups and had to build a house out of straws and then sell it. The whole process is relaxed and nothing to worry about. Be confident interact with others and get involved and you will be fine!!
