A friendly and easygoing interview. They are only concerned with your availability and willingness to be on the move throughout the shift while picking products which often include heavy items.
Smooth, it was a group interview, they asked us for availability and showed us around the store and we had tell each other about ourselves. Then we got the job the induction was from 9-3
Asked questions relating to what you currently do in terms of work or education. Shown and given the chance to participate in a pick walk. No preparation needed before hand.

The interview process was quick, easy and very informal, they asked me to tell them a bit about myself and then they described the role in more detail and then at the end of interview they asked me if I wanted to have the job.
