Entrevista
Group interview first, we were put into pairs and we had to know about eachother and then present it to the group. Then split up into groups and had to play jenga and the tallest tower wins, then we got to have a go at the shop floor (20 min ) then 1-1 interview and go home. I was accepted however at the moment they don't have space in the areas I wanted but they will let me know if something does come up.

Online test - which then lead onto an in person interview. This involved situational judgements and competency based questions. Staff were nice and easy going, led me toward answers. Was my first interview in a while so was definitely rusty, but it isn’t overly difficult.

Very quick response, interview was an assessment centre but it was more then talking than being asked anything. We got taken out on the shop floor and everyone got asked a question each and that was it

The interview was quite short it was conducted in a small office with department manager and assistant manager. Very informal and chatty. They made me feel at ease and explained the job role clearly
