first I had an interview with my actual manager from Alten. after this interview he considered that I'm ok and I can manage to have an interview with the company where I had to work(i'm an Alten consultant working now at Ericsson GSC head office in Bucharest).I've passed the interview with Ericsson and now I'm working here
