I had a very good experience in the interview process at ALL4. While the process itself was long, it provided me with many opportunities to learn about the company, interact with current staff members at varying levels of seniority, and display my skills and abilities.

I applied to Staff Scientist position and was contacted by an ALL4 recruiter to "begin the interview process". I completed their pre-screening questionnaire (9 science based math problems) and the situational expressions (8 situation based questions) which took a few hours. After submission, I waited two weeks and had to reach out to the recruiter to find out my application status which led to me getting pushed along. I was then asked to complete a sample project. The project took four hours to complete and was scheduled during the middle of a work day. After submitting this portion of the "interview process", I waited another week without hearing from the recruiter. After reaching out again, I was told to hold tight and that I would be hearing about my status soon. I am now writing this a month and a half later after not hearing anything back. I did not appreciate their process of having me put in seven quality hours of my time (four hours taken off of work) to not even receive a simple email notifying me that I was not their selection. I understand that not every candidate can receive the job but I feel that it was a very unprofessional way of handling the process.
