Very typical process. I was contacted by a recruiter then had a phone interview with HR manager, phone interview division VP and then face to face. Nothing out of the ordinary, took about 2 months for the whole process.

I had dinner with the Regional VP and director. He liked me and the reccomendation from predessor.
