Entrevista
The first interview was more of a screening to determine your technical knowledge. There were several people on the conference call. Once they were satisfied they called me back for an in-house interview. The same team was involved, but this time it was more of an informational session about the project and company. The offer was presented at the end of the interview during a one on one with the hiring manager.

What was a difficult situation you were faced with concerning your manager and how did you address it?
went well and very professional. The person was kind and easy to talk to. I was nervous but after it was easier. it did not take too long to get through but overall it was good.

Entrevista
After my application I received an interview maybe a week or so later. There interview was with my would be department manager and a senior engineer. It was fairly informal and there weren't too many formal interview questions which made for a more 'relaxed' interview. They were interested in my previous experience at a different internship and I was asked questions such as had I disagreed with anyone while I was working with there
