Very backwards process. Was referred to the position by a friend. Had a one-on-one interview w VP, that had previously been twice rescheduled, THEN phone-screened by recruiter. Only to receive standard rejection email w no feedback. Only after I persisted did they give me some drivel about my experience, or lack thereof.

Was not overly impressed with the questioning and felt that the interviewer was not adequately prepared for the interview.
