I had a phone Interview 2 people (1 manager and senior technical analyst). I was given a offer with two to three days. There was a background check and drug test.

I initiate this process applying via adp website. They contact me after 2-3 weeks for an interview; this first contact i meet hr and manager responsible for this position. Amazing interview, they make me very comfortable, very interest listeners and have make relevant questions. After that i was asked to take a second interview with technical leaders. Again, a great interview, relevant information about project and questions about my technical background.
