Entrevista
First round was an introductory phone call with the manager and then second round there was an in-person interview where I had to give an hour long technical presentation to the technical team.
1st interview with the research team manager and one of the engineers, basic questions nothing difficult. 2nd interview was composed of 3 rounds with different people from the team in each round. None of the questions were about the role or my experience. The teams were chatting and asking very personal questions about my personal life which was weird, uncomfortable and violation of my privacy. I believe that they already had a candidate that they had chosen for the role , but still wanted to interview other people. Very unprofessional and rude to waste people's time.

Interview in ABB corporate research is mostly around your past research work. There are multiple rounds with few researchers have in the Lab. There is also a presentation round in which you have to present in front of researchers.
