Entrevista
First I got a phone interview with HR where they explainded very clear how the process was going to be. Then I had a personal interview on site, after a month I was send to have a health examination and drug test. Then I got another call from HR about salary requirements. Finally a long process with the manager of the department by phone, this part of the process was tedious and long waiting.

Normal interview questions about strengths and weaknesses.
They asked about interests and work experience.
And also questions about family because relocation was needed.
Technical questions included. Regarding projects etc. Industrial visit. College and pass out year. General questions. Product discussion. General benefits and payment related. No of area of operation.
Polite manner of interviewer.
