first Technical interview with 2 people. They asked qa process and basic automation questions even though i was interviewed for AQAL Automation position. Then hr called and said i got selected for management interview - 30 min But in last minute they cancelled the interview without informing. Then I called and asked for the reason. After that they scheduled an another technical interview. I declined the interview since there’s no professional behaviors throughout the interview process. The Interview process was handled by hr intern.

The interview process was going well. I was offered the position along with an email confirmation. Also, they mentioned the offer letter will be given soon. And after a week from the email, there weren't any updates. However, I wrote a follow-up email and then they replied to that mail stating the package was more than their allocated budget. The Biggest joke is that they even requested my salary slips from my previous company, and after sending an email confirmation they said the package was too much. Asking for the previous salary is really unethical, but they even went a further step and asked for my salary slips too. At that point, I provided that. But lateron after going through the interview processes and standards I know how much unethical that is.
