15 min phone, where I learned of all the crazy mandates on employees personal items. like facial hair, tattoos, vaccine and boosters. The guy I spoke with was very nice and polite but 10 min of the 15 we talked was all about the owners control issues with his employees!

Very pleasant, typical questions, Very informal and they were very informative about their company and the position for which they were hiring me for. I did not feel pressured and they followed up with me after to offer a position
