very informal, interviewer was 10 mins late. had one phone interview then a standard interview. Phone interview actually more in depth that the actual in-person interview. interviewer did not know specifics on the sales numbers for that particular store, actually told me that the store i was interviewing at was the most under-performing store in the region.

Very informal. Not in a bad way. I pretty much had the job, and knew this going in. So I was not nervous at all.
