basically if they like you and feel your intelligent than your in a very clannish company everybody is related sleeping with each other etc..
easy and smooth. people were nice and interview question were straightforward. focus on more behavioural questions. received offer in about 5 days. do not be surprised when i see a reply to my tweet

Friendly interview in the manager's office, makes you feel at home, without any pressure, 30-minute interview, the assistant manager was present during the interview without commenting, everything went well, The interview is a filter because they send you to corporate for a second interview.
